About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to oversee our community based program in Torrance.
In this role, you will provide clinical supervision, mentor behavior intervention to our staff, collaborate with families/group homes and interdisciplinary teams, and support meaningful progress for the clients we serve.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to oversee our community based program in Torrance.
In this role, you will provide clinical supervision, mentor behavior intervention to our staff, collaborate with families/group homes and interdisciplinary teams, and support meaningful progress for the clients we serve.
- Oversee and supervise individuals in our community based settings
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support to DSP’s
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop behavior plans and recommendations
- Collaborate with families, regional centers, and clinical leadership
- Monitor client progress and ensure quality clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in all clients meetings with families and the regional centers
- Participate in staff team meetings and provide ongoing professional development
Required Qualifications
- Available 20 hours a week between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing ABA services
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

- Professionalism, maturity, and strong interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong clinical ethic
